I ordered a dog's bed from Cosy Cove back in November 2022 I received notification that it had been delivered which I knew it had not as I had not been out that period. I have tried to contact the company with emails but cannot get any response. Money is very tight as it is on my disability and pension without these people taking my money from me. I truly hope you can look into this for myself and all those other people who have been caught
