Bought this kettle from Courts at Clementi with 1 to 1 exchange warranty. After one year or so, the handle broke. Now the kettle is not functional. There is no way I can use it due to the poor workmanship of the product. As such I went back to the store to requests for a 1 to 1 replacement (as per the warranty purchased). I submitted all the required documents and this is way the issue started. The staff simply said the item is not under warranty because the handle is not covered under the warranty. Then started to fiddle with the product and said there was one feature of the product being mis - handled and decided to unscrew the component. I am really disappointed as the quality of the post sales service. Obviously they are not the right personnel to handle the 1 to 1 replacement. On top of that they seem to look for reasons to justify the damaged product is not under the 1 to 1 replacement warranty. I need some advise here if I am entitled to the replacement due to the non functional product now.
