Yes I paid for a magic christmas tree from this company and have not recieved my package I have sent many emails to them asking where it is and they keep giving me the run around I have tried to track it with the tracking number but can't find it. I have went to post office and showed them the tracking number and they said that they do not have a package there i. Showed them the tracking number they couldn't find my package
