Ordered TV online on 10/16/22 & paid for. Scheduled delivery 8 or more times and then cancelled at the last minute. RXO trucking company. I finally cancelled the order 11/22/22 but have not received a refund for the purchase as of 12/30/22. I have called both companies and or emailed several times. I talked with a supervisor at LG with no results. It is not my responsibility to make sure RXO returns the TV to LG before issuing a refund. RXO is unreliable when it comes to communication. We offered several times to pick up TV from RXO but was denied pick up. RXO warehouse is an hour away from our house. I will never order from LG online again. RXO must have a Zero Star customer service record & LG's service is at best a one star.
Desired outcome: I would like a total refund, plus free installation of the TV we purchased from Costco which is an 86"LG TV for less than the 75" that we ordered & cancelled from LG & a better warranty.
