Area Tree Service in Valparaiso, Indiana [protected]) was hired by my next door neighbor to remove some trees. One tree next to my outdoor stairs was one of the trees to be removed. As they trimmed the branches, they broke 3 of my stair lights. I spoke to one of the crew about this, who suggested I talk to the boss. I called the company, and spoke to the receptionist who stated she would let the boss know. I called 3 more times over the course of 3 successive weeks. Each time, the receptionist stated that she would give the message to the boss. Apparently they are not concerned with this. I had 10 of these lights installed next to my stairs as it is pitch dark at night.
Desired outcome: Replace the broken lights
