This trucking company has been caught with scamming drivers with these premeditated “chargebacks”. They say you can’t modify the truck and have it written in the handbook about modifying the fuel tanks. They have this written down so they can trap drivers with a common scam they are pulling on drivers with thousandths of dollars in tractor repairs. One common scam is falsely accusing drivers of putting diesel in def tanks when these cheap freight liners are notoriously known for having def problems. Drivers are put in a corner with this scam as they know they can get away with it. You either let them coerce you into paying these thousandths of dollars or have your record tainted. They are also discriminative towards minorities, of course they won’t tell you that. If you’re a second class citizen and have kids this company will see you as disposable. They want the “best” when they really ain’t what they preach. Dishonest, grimey management, bunch of psychopaths. They’ll sell you a dream in the beginning and slowly start making up these write ups and attack you with there little chargeback scams. It’s really not worth it. You also have to pay for lumper fees you don’t get reimbursed for. Fuel solutions suck. Dispatch will yell at you. If you set a boundary they will retaliate. The whole time I was there seems like they had drivers passing away for health conditions. You’re just another number to them. Getting benefits doesn’t really matter cause you’ll never have time for yourself to go to doctor health checkups/dentists without getting a write up for it. Nasty company
