Fell for some sob story about a young guy needing "points" to earn a trip or whatever. He said I could write a check but that the company always called before cashing them to make sure it was ok. Said that if you sent back the signed document canceling it on the back within 3 days you'd receive your original check back, voided. I realized after he left and I checked online that it was a scam, so went to the post office and mailed the signed thing priority mail with delivery confirmation and two days later the check went through my bank, bouncing. Lovely. I'm an idiot and for some reason I easily trust people and try to help. No more! So ticked!

I ordered a magazine subscription on 9/29/10 through one of their "students" on a door to door sale and have never received the magazine.

Please do not call this number. This is not the number for this company. It is a number for a lady that filed a complaint against them. Now for some reason someone has posted her number in association with this scam and she is receiving calls from people that are complaining about the same thing. Who ever these people are that are running this scam need to post something so that we can clear up our accounts. Please tell everyone to avoid these people when they come to your door. If anyone has a way to getting a hold of someone with this company please let me know.

I just ordered stuff from them on friday and found out Saturday that it was a scam. Today was MLK Day so all banks were closed, but believe me that I will be at the bank when they open to stop payment to the check. I guess i have to take a loss to stop the payment. Better to pay 50 to stop it than to pay 300 and it be a scam.

I paid $50 for a magazine subscription thinking a young girl was getting credits towards college and never heard a word afterwards. I really didn't have the money to buy these magazines but she told me this sob story and I believed it and bought the magazine for 4times what it was worth. I tried to call the number on the slip and its not a working number

I bought $63.00 worth of magazines thinking that I was helping a person with their eduction. I haven't recieved my magazines, so I decided to call the phone number on the back of the reciept. Guess what I heard? This number is temporarly disconnected. Now I am out of my money and no magazine. So folks BEWARE of these kids coming to your door and giving you a story that is too good to be true, because all they are going to do is steal your money!
