D&D Palm Trees review: Removal and bedding, 1324 Sunset Blvd. Daytona Beach, Fl 32117

On April 15th,2022 I contracted with David Allen of D&D Landscaping to Install 3 Palm trees at 389 Stirling Bridge Drive, Ormond Beach, Fl.32174. I was informed at the time of installation that the palms were experiencing shock as they appeared unhealthy with dropping leaves and to wait a couple months for recovery. However, July 15th I informed David the Bismark was drying up with signs of fungus. He promised to come out and see but never showed. I called a second time in August complaining of the same thing but this time 2 local landscapers informed me the Bismark had no chance in recovery because they were planted too deep. Again, he promised to come out to reevaluate the Palms, again no show. October 1st, I received a call from the HOA and complaining neighbors that the Bismark was now a sore site and had to be removed. David again promised he would address and replace the palms, but again a know show!
