I am a very irate client currently and I am willing to give dial a bed a chance to resolve the issue before I take this much further.
Please read complaints in screen shots provided that I have complained before and was getting feedback, however I assume as the store has obviously tild head office that they have spoken to me. Head office has obviously stopped pressuring for an outcome and therefore no more interest in resolving my query.
As once again I am utterly disgusted in the Service of this store from the purchase to the delivery and now to the after sales service I am receiving.
