On June 22, 2022, I received a letter from SilverRock Automotive Inc. [protected], stating that they issued a refund of $668.45 for my 2018 Hyundai Sonata which was totaled and paid off in full by my car insurance Little General. SilverRock told me that the company that financed the vehicle, Bridgecrest would issue the refund to me. I contacted Bridgecrest on June 23, 2022, to get information pertaining to the refund and at that time I was told that their refund department takes 6 weeks to process the refund. I have reached out to them every week past the 6-week timeframe, and every time I call no one can advise me of anything because I was told that the people who handle the refunds could only be reached by email and I should call back, so I have called numerous times and the last time that I called them was 9/22/22 and I was told that they are working on my refund of $668.45 and that there is also an additional refund of $570.66 from Allied Insurance (Acct.# [protected]) [protected] relating to the Gap insurance on the car and that both of these refunds have been posted to my account, but they are unable to tell me when they will be processed due to the refund people can only be reached by email and a customer can't be connected to that department and I was advised on 9/22/22 to call back on 9/29/22 to see what the status is at that time. I feel that this company is just giving me the run-around.
Thank You

Desired outcome: I want my full refund of 1,238.11($570.66 Allied & $668.45 Silverrock) to be released, because I have been very patient and it has been 9 weeks that I have been waiting for a refund that they stated would be processed in 6 weeks.
