In September of 2023 I engaged with DSA eCommerce whereby they were supposed to create and operate an Amazon Selling Store for profit sharing arrangement.5 months later the store was shut down and my $30K investment disappeared. I hired an attorney to write them a letter of which they did not respond. I filed an FTC complaint that is currently pending. They have fraudently represented themselves on multiple media platforms. They are suggesting Amazon Store Owners to circumvent Amazons policies by creating another account in a third-parties name to reinstate the store that has been shut down. This company continues to defraud the public and is stealing peoples life savings.

Desired outcome: Return of investment in full as per the agreement.
