This review was chosen algorithmically as the most valued customer feedback.

I wanted to register on the website www.edate.com. It was mentioned that it was for free, and I decided to try this dating website. But after the registration, I noticed the unauthorized withdrawal from my account. This website charged me for $100, and they refused to return money. They didn’t explain why they took money if the registration was for free. Maybe someone has any ideas how to return money back, please contact me then or leave a comment. Thanks.

eDate's customer service number is [protected] and its corporate number is [protected]. The best way to get your money back is to politely ask for a refund. They will of politely refuse, explaining you agreed to all the charges when you signed up. Do not accept that answer. Explain that if they will not give you a refund, you will contact your credit card company and issue a chargeback for fraud. Most credit card companies will allow you to issue chargebacks for anything less than six months old. eDate is terrified of chargebacks because they pay a fee for each chargeback and if they get too many of them, they will lose the ability to process credit cards.

It's just one of many dating site scams in this city. Criminals have found a way to take your money and give you nothing back in return!
