Elvstry.com review: Unauthorized paypal charge for some weird app

I got an email to add my PayPal to my wallet and it charged me unauthorized $39.99 charge. When I called number to cancel charge she hung up on me. When I emailed them to refund my money, the email gets sent back to me! I contacted PayPal and it shows not able to refund this type of charge! It’s a scam! I called PayPal only to be hung up on too!
