An charge of USD 39.99 by ELVSTRY on the 11/06/2021. I have never had any dealings whatsoever with this entity. This is the first transaction by this entity
on my credit card. I am the holder of the card. I am José Stouffs. I request to receive a refund or a reversal of the charge. I have not yet notified the credit card provider, Belfius Ban, but will do that now. I have other unauthorised
charges on this credit card; which I wish to present to you if this is possible.
