Fidelity On Call review: Office environment

I would like to report a hostile work environment, made so by Kellie Short, the "office manager". The below picture is an unacceptable, racist, hateful meme that was taped up on the community board in the common office space. In addition to this, she creates false contracts to be paid commission on, then cancels the contracts after she has collected her money without reporting it to payroll.
