Friday 09/02 I had an appointment with the Good Guys between 2 and 4 pm. Ruben arrived at approximately 2 pm. A/C unit was frozen up and said it needed to defrost and he would return in a couple hours. He never returned. I called around 8 pm to ask what happen? I didn't receive a response and he did text the tenants around 8:30 pm and said he would be there 1st thing in the morning. (I wasn't there on Friday)

Saturday 09/03 morning we haven't heard anything from Ruben. I left a message and a text at approximately 8 am asking when we was going to come by? At approximately 9 am I went to his business address and the person that answered the door said Ruben wasn't there. She gave me his cell phone number. I called and he said he would be there in approximately. 1 hour. He showed up at approximately 10:30 am and checked the freeon level and said it was low. I asked why is it low. He said It's not uncommon for this old of a system to run low on freeon. I said there has to be a leak somewhere and can he please put some dye into the system to show if it has a leak. He agreed and put the dye and sealer in the system, then added Freeon/R-22 and said he has confidence this will solve the problem. He never check the system for any leaks.

Monday 09/05 morning I left town I got a call from Mike, the tenant at approximately 9am saying the system stop blowing cold air and the system froze up again. I called both numbers and left a message. I asked the tenants to please call both numbers I had and Tex both numbers, I was on the road.

Tenants receive a text a couple hours later saying he will be there at approximately 1 pm. Ruben showed up at approximately. 1:30 pm. parked infront of the driveway and never came out of his Truck and left at approximately 1:35 pm. Tenants text and asked what happen? No response until early evening and Ruben said he checked the system and he needs to send his other technician. Tenants asked when and Ruben said he will schedule it and let them know a time. Ruben never called then.

Tuesday morning 09/06/2022 Iand notified the renters I was looking for another A/C canceled my check/payment.

Tuesday 09/06 or 09/07/2022 afternoon another technician showed up, no call, no text and said he was there to check the system. He said it needed a new coil and Ruben will call Mario. He never called or any messages as of 09/14.

On 09/14/2022 I called Ruben and sent an e-mail asking to discuss the bill.

Friday 09/16, Ruben called me and said he's willing to move foreward with the repair today?

He's Not willing to reduce his fee and said we can settle for $500.00 I asked him to send me a bill. He sent me a revised bill for $530.00. On 09/16/20.22 and if I didn't pay in 7 days he would send me to collections. He sent me a revised bill for $580 on 09/19/2022.

I paid $580 and nothing is repaired. Bill paid $580.00 on 09/19/92022

Desired outcome: I would like half of the Bill refunded $290.00.
