You do not know me and I do not know you but people do have their rights and I am not a criminal and never was and never will be! People do have the right to post and people do have the right to file complaints against issues that Police do wrong! Stop covering up for them and maybe you are not that innocent yourself and done things that were not right! So stop pointing and point to yourself! This issue is now closed and was handled by the Supreme Court of VA and I reported you or anyone that tries post negative comments to the Supreme Court of VA that is handling this issue!

The police say I am not allowed to hit my wife but in China it is okay because some person called the police on me they arrested me and I was deported to China because I was an illegal immigrant.

First off ... yeah, I'm oh so very certain that was the Attorney General of VA who posted here (especially seeing as that account has the same terrible grammar problems and phobia of punctuation as you -- making it all the more humorous that you insulted MY correct grammar.) The AG has nothing better to do than respond to comments on a consumer complaints board that are entirely without any legally binding consequences. Second, if you knew anything about the law, you'd know that a state's Attorney General cannot pass any legal pronouncements on sites in other states (complaintsboard.com is hosted in Chicago.) In fact, they can't make ANY legal pronouncements at all. They can advise, counsel, and participate in, initiate, and oversee legal proceedings, but they don't have any power along the lines of "do this because I say so, " and certainly not with regards to the Internet.

1) You asked for opinions by proxy when you posted your rant on a public board intended to increase consumer awareness and open discussions

What's REALLY funny is that the people you claim are aliases of "Tracey McManus" have posting histories on this board that go back before you ever showed up. - Dr. Frank V. Beckles Father of 4 kids: in this account he says he is a former Navy SEAL. I mean, sure it's POSSIBLE this is true, but the only evidence of it is his own claims -- there's no third party confirmation to be found anywhere.

He also claims to hold 3 Guinness World Records, but the only thing that pops up when you search this is his own varied claims splattered all over the Internet. He even used his own Yahoo account to access answers.yahoo.com to ask if he had the records as a way to spread this ... claim. His own posts are the only "proof" you can find of such world records. Funny that if you go to http://www.guinnessworldrecords.com/ and search for his name or the records he claims to hold, there are 0 search results. Don't take my word for it ... go try for yourself. Many of the other claims throughout these Linkedin profiles are on par with this.

What I find REALLY interesting is the Linkedin accounts all use the same writing style and grammar as Mr. anonymous complaintsboard poster, [send email] ...

No Frank Beckles at all, let alone as team captain. Indeed, there isn't even a guy with the name Frank, and no one with the surname Beckles.

Oddly, most of the books you mention having written don't show up either. I'm sure you've written at least three you put on your Linkedin pages, though. Why am I so certain? Because the printer you list is a self-publishing company (that is now out of business.) So, that means you PAID to print the only three books you list that can be verified -- everything else I checked only ever shows up in a Google search with references to YOUR posts saying you are the author of said books.

How about explaining how you claim to have published a Star Trek novel, but that novel doesn't show up anywhere, not even on official Star Trek sites that list all novels released for the setting. You claim to have written "Star Trek: Continuum, " but the closest published Star Trek book to that is "Star Trek: The Q Continuum, " written by Greg Cox, a white sci-fi author living in Pennsylvania?

You claim you helped launch Malibu comics and the Ultraverse series, but your name is not found in connection with either anywhere except your own posts -- even people I know in the comic book industry have never heard of you.and they have no idea about this Aquaman: Legacy series you claim you are writing to be released in the remaining 3 months of 2013. In fact, the only references I can find for it are on YOUR Flickr, Linkedin, and similar pages. Kind of odd that a company like DC only has 3 months left to go in 2013, but haven't yet begun promoting "your" comic book, no?

And the images you claim on your Flickr account are for this Aquaman: Legacy series http://www.flickr.com/photos/aquamanlegacy/ (you've even added a copyright statement that it is art for this supposed series you are writing)? By the way, I'm contemplating spending the $20 it would cost me to have Senior Chief Don Shipley (you may want to look him up) search the Navy SEALs database for your name to see if you actually served in the Teams. Of course, if you actually mentioned which Team you were on, which class you were in, and who your CO was, that would save me the time.

But you won't.

Instead of addressing any of the proof that you are lying, you'll just claim I'm Tracey McManus, rant about racism, talk about what a persecuted hero you are, and complete refuse to provide any actual evidence that anything you say is true.
