I contacted my homeowner's insurance reference to damaged tiles in the kitchen after I had a leaky (under kitchen sink) pipe. I"ve had to speak to the intake person for a statement, then the claims adjuster (female) statement, then the new/now claim adjuster statement. I had to go through this explanation three times. Currently, I'm working on the third time to get someone out to the house to view the damage. They gave me the number to call someone, I didn't call and no one called me, which was my fault I guess. I called back and I was told that I got a June 1, 2022 appointment at 3 pm, but no one showed up. Today I called in and the adjuster (Charles), was unable to speak to me, I was told he'd call me back.
I've been working with this company for over a month now and nothing been done to fix the flooring. I'm walking in the kitchen on chipped concrete plaster or something hard enough to cut your foot if barefoot. What can I do to speed up the process.
Desired outcome: Get over to the condominium and look at the damage, tell me if I need to pay for the damage or if I have to pay for some of the damage. Then I can select a company to get started.
