I had been a resident with HRG formerly Property Frameworks since March 2018 with no major issues. However, when I decided to transfer my residency to 145 Tara Blvd in May of 2023 the issues being. First, I was told that only applicants who could move into the residence by May 15, 2023, would be considered. Therefore, I completed the transfer application for new residents and was approved. However, I was told that I couldn't visit the home or complete a tour until after My 01, 2023. On May 01, 2023, the house was ready for tour and subsequently was not able until after May 18, 2023. Upon my first visit the house was filthy and there were two dozen plus Maintenace issues. Fast forward to June 05, 2024, most of the Maintenace issues remain unsolved including the leaking basement which often flood as a result of a heavy rain. This issue has been persistence since October of 2023 and remains unsolved as today June 05, 2024. There have been dozens of foundation specialist, plumbers, restoration professionals to visit the home since the issue was reported. However, the ALVAR GA LLC the actual owners of the property have denied multiple repair estimates at my expense. I have suffered damage to my person property and had have to move some of my furniture to storage due to mole in the basement. HRG has not fix the issue nor they reimburse me for my loses.
Claimed loss: Two area rugs, four months of storage fees, cleaning supplies, higher utiliites bills and nine days off work to deal the multiple vendor visits.
