first of all this site is running by a single person, not registered, just a website, that's it.
i saw his offer in Facebook & contacted him. he said full uptime, money back offer etc. he offer 6 GB RAM VPS at 600RS . an amazing offer isn't it ?
so i proceeded o buy
Cheating no 1) when i go to order, he added extra 2000 AS setup fee, i need to pay annul for avoid setup fee
i want vps for long time, so i choose yearly & paid.
week 1) Very first week its down & i contacted him, he said he restarted the server
week 2) server was slow from first week, but i thought its due to because of my old server to new migration work . i contacted him, he said he is doing some work on server, thats why slow, all will fix in few hours
week 3) Server getting more & more slow. and down again . contacted him, he said 5 min. it took 2 hour to come online (my sites down for 2 hour)
week 4 & 5 : more than 10 times down server & its unaccepted for us
. we warn him
week 6 : again server too slow, so we contacted him & said refund .
from then he didn't pick mobile phone & never replay to our mail
we decided to move & changed server back to godaddy .now 3 months over, no replay, never took our calls, & Not refunded the money
First of All, There is no client on our database with this name. And we collect only charges as per the mentioned amount on our website. There is no hidden charges like this. And About Registeration, Hostmalabar Hosting solutions is fully registered under KGST, CST. All the invoices included our Registeration details. Everyone can check it.
The complaint is correct i have same experience . Ordered product but added extra 2000 AS setup fee. And company is not registered if yes why he can add a proof of registration here like PAN Number etc .
Setup Fee of Rs. 2000/- is applicable to all dedicated servers and its not to vps. if you need to know the registeration details, visit our office at any time, we always welcomes you. From our office you will get all the registeration details, PAN, Etc, etc.
I have hosted a website with them . After some days my site got hacked .I contacted them they where telling my security problem . So i have updated all my passwords etc .
But again i have hacked .
I try to search their "ip" hacked . Their several website are hacked due to low security that is thier problem not mine,

i have ordered a vps, It is a offer i ordered it is cancelled with in a week .
Due to spamming( Actually i never used it ) .I asked for refund .
No call picking or responds to mail .
1. We are provided unmanaged vps to the client, so its customers duty to setup all the security to his vps/server.
2. Spamming will not allow on our networks, sorry for not allowing spamming.
I don't Know Why some peoples are Misguiding the others. I have two websites hosted with Hostmalabar and it is running very smoothly. I think this a usual drama by its competitors. I am not sure about it, anyway, Thank You Hostmalabar for giving a real value for my money.
