IGG review: battle cats free cat food

I have completed a tapjoy offer for free cat food in battle cats by leveling my town hall to 11 in Lords mobile by IGG. It was supposed to be a double catfood offer event and it was stated that I was to get 1300 plus catfood by completeing the offer, but I have not got it. Can you please look into this issue?
