On Jan 20/23 my withdrawal was said to be processed I waited nothing so I contacted them they said it should have been deposited. JpC support sent it to finance and said they will email me. vu waited and did get a response telling me a password to use when I get my deposit I waited for the 72hrs again before asking gigadat received an email saying they have no record of me or my withdrawal request. I again asked JpC support about it and they responded as they paid me out and gave me a processor reference number which I gave to gigadat when I contacted them again and once again they had no record of this so I asked again to JpC again they sais they paid me out. I have sent them my documents stating my bank from Jan 20th 2023. I just want to get paid my withdrawl amount of $260.
Desired outcome: I want my withdrawl of $260
