John Townsley review: Bad paint and impossible to get help from this company

Don’t hire the specialists from the company John Townsley. He painted my roof and gave 5 years warranty, but after winter the roof was in horrible condition and all paint came off. WTF? I immediately contacted the rep and provided pics of the roof, but he only promised to come and repair it. After that he ignored me or only promised to arrive. Not recommended company. I wonder if there are other people, who had the same experience. Can you provide any good piece of advice?
