I purchased a 2019 Lexus es 350 23,000 miles, long story short one week after purchase brake made noise and wobbled, this happened when brakes had a chance to heat up causing, warped rotors.I told them this and they fixed the brakes. My issue is did they really do a 161 point inspection? It doesn't seem like it brakes should have been very good not needing service.I wouldn't trust them for a minute. No way car gets a 161 point inspection and you miss the brakes. I think I should get the get the money they paid to certify car.I feel taken advantage of. Thanks!
Desired outcome: money I paid for certified car that i feel wasn't done or completely done
