Lululemon Mirror review: Cancel my membership, let me return my Mirror

Recently bought a Lululemon Mirror to try it (right when Lululemon took over the app). The classes felt limited and the weights synced incorrectly with the mirror. I reached out to request a return and stop subscription (of which they automatically applied on purchase without my knowledge), and they refused to take my return and brought up (to my surprise) that I am being forced to pay for a year of membership that is more expensive than an in person gym. This is ridiculous, very shadey business practices. For those considering to purchase Mirror, I would avoid at all costs.
