My new Xuv 300 W6 broke down on Sunday 30th January. The vehicle was taken to the East Rand Mall Boksburg dealership to be repaired.

After 5 days I am still none the wiser as to what the problem is with the vehicle. All I am told is that the engine is stripped, more than that I can not get any answers for. There is no communication as to how they are going to deal with this, and when I can expect to get the vehicle back. I have to keep on phoning, only to get nowhere. I have been promised a courtesy vehile, yet nothing happened so far, everytime a new excuse.

This is by far the worst service I have ever received from a dealership that claim to put their customers first and to be professional. I have lost my faith in their products as well, and will not recommend anybody to buy a car from them, because if something happens to it, you are on your own. This is definitely not a good advertisement for Mahindra. This whole experience left me very disappointed, and worst of all, not one of them seems to be bothered to sort this out or attempt to meet me halfway. I guess only one word sums this up very nicely... pathetic.

Desired outcome: A new car would be desireable,after all that is what i paid for.
