Marcs Shoregate Willowick review: Mailer certificate for up to $5 off any scratch off or $500. winner

Redeemed the coupon for $5 towards any ticket and I wanted to buy a $10.

Ticket and was told I had to take a $5.00 Cash Explosion Ticket. Told them I did not want that one and clerk said that was it. Then she preceded to tell another employee that the manager told her to give out the one's they had the most of. When I questioned it again and said it was suppose to be towards any scratch off she said other stores might do that but they don't. Was very disappointed and left with a ticket I did not want. Wanted to put the $5 towards a $10. Ticket. Feel that I was railroaded! This might even be against the law.
