Margel German Shepherd review: Refund for a puppy

I have been sending Shannon Engel payments thru PayPal for a puppy. In total is 1380.00. The deposit is $500. After loosing our home I asked for a refund due to our living situation. After numerous messages I agreed for her to keep the $500 even though sh doesn’t have a signed agreement. Mrs. Engel has sent nothing to me. I want to share and pray that she doesn’t do this to anyone else. She cares nothing about my situation or the living condition her puppy will be in. Very sad to be a breeder and do such acts.
