I purchased a Whirlpool Refrigerator on March 10, 2022, from Home Depot. The refrigerator model is WRS588FIHZ04.

The ice maker has never functioned properly. I have gotten the run around from Home Depot since the product was delivered. Contract service providers unable to resolve and repair. According to Home Depot, store manager on 12/27/22, contract service provider ordered parts and billed for repairs that were not done. We have patiently waited for parts and another service repair visit to no avail. We respectfully request full replacement for the upright refrigerator freezer within a reasonable time frame. Please read all documented notes and feel free to call with questions. We look forward to resolution. We are saddened with this horrible customer experience.

Desired outcome: Complete refrigerator/freezer replacement in lieu of the run around.
