Mid Valley Enforcement Clovis Hall Bingo review: Very hostile environment

I also was a security guard for James McCoy for approximately 8 1/2 years. His girlfriend is my sister. I also worked at the bingo hall in Clovis. Him and my sister run the show there. As well as mid valley enforcement. From what I experienced neither company mid valley enforcement nor Clovis Hall bingo run legally. The employees are treated extremely poorly. Constantly harassed and threatened. It doesn't matter if the customers lie management believes them over the employees. I didn't even get in an argument or even be disrespectful I was simply sarcastic to the manager Luann. Unfortunately she is my sister's best friend and my sister was my boss. Needless to say I am no longer employed for that company. The same day I was let go for mid valley enforcement as well. Even though I work for that company as a felon. I'm embarrassed to say but it is the truth. I have since cleared my record and am now contributing to society accordingly. There's a whole lot I can say and a whole lot I can do but at this point for now I choose not to be hateful and spiteful and take things into my own hands legally. This is my family so I have just let it go at this point... But I think something should be done! This is not right. Business owners should not have the power that they push around! Especially when the rules are bent and pushed under the carpet! Over the past years I've known approximately 10 guards that have worked for mid valley enforcement and each one of them have been treated poorly and take advantage of. Same goes for Clovis Hall bingo. These two people used to be good loving people and now they are greedy mean [censored]! SMH it is so sad.
