I had a similar problem with them. Ordered 3 cam light bulbs on October 24, 2022 and charged on my credit card. I received a shipping notification and waited 2 weeks and didn't receive the product. I emailed several times with no response. I disputed the charge on my card and was issued credit. About a week later the product showed up. It was not as easy as they said it would be to set up, so I told them I would be returning the product and they gave me the go ahead to do this. I notified my credit card company and they cancelled the dispute. All of this was documented. I was rebilled on my card. After returning the product, I emailed to have a credit issued to my card and they said the credit card company would not accept a credit from them. I actually spoke with someone who told me the same thing. My credit card company will not do anything to get my money back and told me to work it out with Modern Life Trend. I have contacted them again and asked that since they claim to not be able to issue a credit, I asked to have a check from them. I have had no response.
Desired outcome: Would like a refund by either check or credit to my credit card.
