Morgan Plumbing LLC review: request #[protected] - garbage disposal

On 6/28, you assigned Morgan Plumbing LLC to fix my garbage disposal. I've tried to call them 3-4 times, and each time I get a voice message that their voice mail box is full, so I can't leave a message. I've talked two times to representatives at American Home Shield, and both times they said that they would find a new company to fix our garbage disposal, but I didn't hear anything further. On the AHS website, it still says that Morgan Plumbing is assigned to my case. I'm sure you'd agree that this is not the best service you've ever given. And we haven't been able to use our garbage disposal or dishwasher. Come on, AHS, please get this resolved. Respectfully, Thomas Burke [protected].
