Motodynamics Greece review: Workshop

Dear Sir/Madame,

I am Matina Panagopoulou, lawyer, and I am contacting you on behalf of GMT Hellas S.A. As you know well, company’s car XEX 5780 Porsche Cayenne entered the workshop on 2nd February 2023. And although three (3) months have already passed, the car has not been fixed yet. And despite this unjustified huge delay, you informed us that you will need another month to fix the car, meaning better case scenario end of May 2023.

As you can understand, this delay is unacceptable and reduces “Porsche” brand reputation in Greece. We have not received any accepted justification and it is obvious that you cannot handle the workshop in the proper way.

In view of all the above, we are strongly objecting to your practices and anti-contractual behaviour and without prejudice to any and all of our legal rights and interests, we will complain and accordingly inform Porsche headquarters for this disappointing treatment of our case and let them know that their chosen partner in Greece cannot properly execute contractual obligations and satisfy Porsche customers.
