I have an Account in NDAX.IO, however I could not access it. My account User ID is 289734 (ferdzaviado).

I am requesting for password/2FA reset because I change my mobile phone number due to numerous unknown callers, telemarketers, phone scammers, etc. I was not aware when I change my phone number will affect my Logging-in to my account. Now it seens my account is locked and I can't even get a reply form their support via live chat or phone.
I have a deposit of CA$2,400.00 sitting on my account and I could not even see it to check. Ihave been trying to contact them but to no avail.
Desired outcome: Reset Password/2FA or have my money bqack to my Bank Account should be the best.
