Neuromaster Software LLC review: Their program didn't support the stock I traded

I have bought program from Neuromaster Software LLC. I got the email from the seller, who told me that within 2 months I could return the program and get full refund. I tested this program and found out that it didn’t support the stock I traded. I emailed the support team and explained the problem. The rep assured me that they could find some alternative solution and asked me to wait 3 days. I waited 3 weeks and no one even contacted me.
