Nora Clark Women's clothing - tops

I ordered 4 tops that looked great in the photos, but what I received was not like the pictures. They were short, small and not the flowy look they advertised. The sizing was very bad and one item was actually a completely different style than I ordered. I asked for a refund and they said it was too expensive to return them and just wanted to keep offering me a percentage refund. I finally said that I would accept the 70% refund and just donate the clothing. They went ahead and gave me the refund, but only on one item. These people are not professional or ethical.

There are no returns if you buy from this company but this is only stated in the fine print. Sizes very widely. Some large items fit and some did not. Nora Clark Clothing

Wrong item was sent and false advertising. They pictured a women’s top in gauze/muslin (cotton), but product did not even look the same as it was Q100% polyester. I tried to return abd refused to refund or return, offered a 10% discount to keep, then a 20% and noe a 25% discount to keep. Obliviously they don’t want returns on their crappy products,. I spent $65.39 on these 3 products. When I tried to log back into my account it said it did not exist, so the only way to communicate is through a email under [protected]@noraclark .com.

Nora Clark Incorrect order received, no refund offered.

I ordered 3 items and got 3 completely different items. There is no service number to call so you can only complain by email. Even though I explained that they sent the wrong items, they never attempted to correct their mistake. They made me take pictures of the wrong items. They have the picture of the items I ordered on the on-line receipt and yet they refuse to refund my money. They want to give me a 20% discount to keep the trash they sent. This is their fault, not mine. It's not like I just don't like the quality of the items sent. I don't want this trash for any amount of money.

I received two completely different items from what I ordered. They had me send pictures and then just offered me a 10% refund because to send them back was to expensive according to them.

I do not want a 10% refund I want ALL my money back.

What I received are UGLY and I do not want them.

They are located in China which I didn’t know when I ordered from them. If I knew I would never of ordered from them.

BUYERS BEWARE. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE SCAM ARTISTS AND HAVE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SEVICE. THEY SEND THE WRONG ITEMS AND THEM REFUSE TO TAKE THEM BACK!
