NYSEG (Billing) review: Electric Bill Refund of $272.54 for 8 Lalli Drive, Katonah, NY 10536

We sold the house (8 Lalli Drive, Katonah, NY) in January. I got the final bill late April. We were due a $272 refund. No refund arrived. I called 5 May. The Rep was sympathetic, but did absolutely nothing. I called again 19 May. She apparently did forward my request to Billing. I called again on 29 May. That Rep confirmed the 19 May Rep had indeed forwarded the refund request to Billing, but said all I could do now was wait. I called again 13 June. The Rep said she would send a reminder to Billing.

Each one of the Reps said I would 'absolutely get my money refunded'. But We Sold the House JANUARY, I've made several calls and no one can give me an ETA much less the refund itself. I believe NYSEG is stalling; I'm not sure I'm getting my money back.
