Oak Park Dental review: My desire is that the payment department would cancel the bill

MY insurance recommended me to this dental off because they are in their network. My copayment is $0, but the dental office keeps sending me a copayment bill for 53.20. When I got ready to leave, I ask the clerk at the front desk is there anything else I need to do, she said no you are in our network the insurance will cover it, she said I just have to make you an appointment for the next 6 weeks, I said okay, and walk to my car, I have changed insurance since, after I did not come after the six weeks, that's when they start sending me the copayments, so I call Human my ID#H77325844 on page nine on my coverage book it said, $0 copayment for bitewing X-rays Intraoral X-rays up to one set, and $0 copayment for scaling and root plaining [deep cleaning} up to 1 per quadrant every 3 years. that was my first time there and my last time there.
