Good afternoon,
I am very disappointed on the way the company (Partshere) handle our order, we were send something that doesn't work, waited forever to receive and now I am expected to Return the defective product back by shipping it back on my expense.
We have email and call several time and never got no one to answer any of my questions.
I should not have to pay for any shipping on restocking charge due to the product being defective.
Item was return to the address below, still waiting on the refund.
