I was hired on placidway on may asked to be an online trainer for the company
Then I was asked to create a full training program for both workers and providers which is not part of being a training
I was also asked to interview people for jobs
Which is also not part of my job title
I was promised a raise after 3 months but suddenly without any prior warning on the last day of my third month I was terminated with no valid reason or even a valid email with details
My account was locked I couldn't even download my portfolio that I solely created for the company
The company was not able to hire new employees because of the low salary so they decided to fire the trainer
There is no benefits whatsoever no social or medical insurance or even sick leaves
Claimed loss: I need a comparation of at least 6 months of my salary as I was fired with no warning or prior notice or even a warning or anything that says that am not doing the tasks that are asked from me
Desired outcome: 6 months salary at least+ all my work.in the company to be downloaded
