On 24th January I ordered the above massager, the company charged me for three which I did not realise I was ordering, just thought they were given me better prices. I was charged for all three.
The parcel arrived on the 10th February with all three. After much correspondence, my emails being blocked, etc. when I came to examine these none worked.
Now they want proof of receipt and a video showing how they don't work, which is impossible to film.
