I made four purchases to this company i know it takes a while to get items from china but it has been 2 months and anything i brough from another comany in china i have received the goods and my mail lady said she saw no packages from this company.

they sent me a 4.18 refund?

they also took insurance and a tip out of all orders.Now i see they come up as norstrom no address just email

[protected]@lixvb.Com also gave a phone number [protected] you can only leave a message they never return calls

Desired outcome: either the Items or all my money back

They were sending email for tracking order but stop sending information

I ordered two gifts on November 10th 2022/ they say it was delivered December 13th 2022 .this is after lots of emails asking where it was.

I did not receive my parcel and after nearly 60 emails have still not received my refund!
