I used preloved.co.uk during the summer of 2021 to look for a puppy. I did find a breeder's contact details and after we got a puppy, I close down my account with preloved. that was 3 years ago. Every year this website charge me £6.00 for a membership canceled 3 years ago. the website doesn't have any phone number or a valid email address. I added a review on trustpilot on 9th December and a certain Stephen replied saying to use the following link to contact them: www.preloved.co.uk/contact. I emailed 3 times but no one ever came back to me. Nothing in the spam either. My email of course is the very same one. I notified the bank who confirmed they have taken payment last year as well. so now it;s 3 years in row. the bank put a block but how come they can't find my membership but they still have my account details? this is mostly concerning, especially because no one from their website offer to resolve this and they think it's ok to retain people personal account.
Claimed loss: £18.
Desired outcome: I'd like at least a refund of £6.00 of the money they have taken on Dec 9th and the full guarantee that my details have been removed from their database
