The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
I have a lot of money with Raymond James. Their brokers are generally very good so I stay but the company itself is garbage. It's their policy that it's never their fault. it's always the fault of the client or broker.
recently they screwed up transactions in my account but instead of just fixing it, they put me and the broker through hoops.
