ResumeHelp Terrible Experience with ResumeHelp: Scam and Poor Customer Service

I recently tried out ResumeHelp to build my resume and unfortunately, I had a terrible experience. I decided to give it a shot since they were offering a trial package that seemed fairly priced at only 2.50 dollars. However, after using their service, I realized that it was not worth it at all.

Firstly, their customer service was terrible. When I tried to cancel my subscription, they charged me 25 dollars for a month's worth of their service without my consent. I was shocked and angry, so I decided to contact their customer service to resolve the issue. However, the guy I spoke to accused me of lying about canceling my subscription, which was not true at all. It was frustrating to deal with someone who didn't believe me and didn't seem to care about my concerns.

Moreover, I didn't even need a month's worth of their service. I only needed to build one resume, and I thought that the trial package would be enough. However, they charged me for a whole month, which was unnecessary and a waste of my money.

Overall, I would not recommend ResumeHelp to anyone. They are a scam and their customer service is terrible. If you need to build a resume, I suggest using Microsoft Word or a company that actually cares about their customers. Don't waste your time and money on this worthless piece of $#*!.

ResumeHelp Disappointing Experience with ResumeHelp's Customer Service: A Warning for Potential Users

I recently had an experience with ResumeHelp that left me feeling frustrated and disappointed. I noticed an unauthorized charge on my credit card statement and immediately reached out to the company for assistance. Unfortunately, my first attempt at resolving the issue was met with a closed ticket and no further communication. I had to submit another request and explain my situation once again.

When I finally spoke with a customer care representative, I was met with unhelpful and dismissive responses. Despite providing proof that the charge was made on someone else's account, the representative insisted that I had agreed to pay for the service. This was simply not true, as I had no access to the account in question.

Ultimately, I was forced to dispute the charge with my bank, which was a stressful and time-consuming process. I would have much preferred to resolve the issue directly with ResumeHelp, but the representative I spoke with was rude and unwilling to help me further.

Overall, I cannot recommend ResumeHelp based on my experience. The lack of communication and unhelpful customer service left me feeling frustrated and disappointed. If you're considering using this service, I would advise caution and be prepared to deal with potential issues.

ResumeHelp Beware of ResumeHelp: Unauthorized Charges and Poor Customer Service

ResumeHelp is a website that offers a service to create a resume using their templates and pre-written statements. You can choose between a free or inexpensive option to create your resume. However, be aware that if you don't cancel after 14 days, you will be billed monthly. This information is written in fine print on the page where you select your desired product.

Personally, I have never used a ResumeHelp resume, but I have experienced unauthorized charges on my bank statement. I was charged monthly, and sometimes even twice a month. When I discovered these charges, I immediately called the customer service to request a refund. Unfortunately, the customer service agent was not helpful at all. In fact, they were quite rude and disrespectful. They told me that everything the company did was legal, which is true, but not necessarily ethical.

This is one of the best scams going on right now. It's important to be aware of the fine print and cancel your subscription if you don't want to be charged monthly. I learned my lesson the hard way, but fortunately, I discovered the scam after I had already built a better resume myself and landed a job. However, I feel sorry for those who are still unemployed and cannot get their money back.

In conclusion, I would not recommend using ResumeHelp. There are many other websites and resources available to create a resume, and it's important to choose a trustworthy and ethical one. Always read the fine print and be aware of any potential scams.

ResumeHelp Beware of ResumeHelp's Dishonest Business Practices: A Review

So, I decided to give ResumeHelp a try to create a resume for my daughter. At first, I thought it was a free service, but after I finished creating the resume, I realized that I couldn't print it without entering my credit card information and paying a dollar. I wasn't too thrilled about this, but I really wanted to print the resume, so I went ahead and paid the dollar.

However, I was in for a rude awakening when I checked my bank account this morning. I noticed that ResumeHelp had been charging me $40.00 every month for the past three months! On top of that, they had also been taking random charges of a few cents here and there. I was absolutely livid and called them right away to demand an explanation.

The representative on the phone told me that I had signed up for a subscription service, which I had no recollection of doing. I told them to cancel the subscription immediately and demanded a refund for all the charges they had taken from me. The rep told me that I would only be receiving a refund for two months, which was not acceptable to me, but I decided to take what I could get.

I'm still waiting for the refund to show up in my account, and I really hope it does in the next few days. If not, I'll be calling them back and giving them a piece of my mind.

Overall, I would advise anyone thinking of using ResumeHelp to stay far away from this company. They have a very dishonest way of doing business, and I wouldn't want anyone else to fall victim to their shady practices.

ResumeHelp Scammed by ResumeHelp: Beware of Hidden Charges and Pushy Representatives

I recently had an experience with ResumeHelp that left me feeling frustrated and scammed. I made the mistake of entering my card details into their website, thinking that I would only be charged $1 a month for a resume service. However, I soon found out that this was not the case.

After being charged $40 without any warning or explanation, I immediately tried to cancel my account. However, I was met with resistance from the representative on the phone. They tried to convince me to keep my account by saying that I still needed it even though I hadn't found a job yet. When I insisted on canceling, they continued to push other services and prices on me for about 5 minutes.

To make matters worse, I later read a review from someone who had canceled their account but was still being charged money. This made me feel like I had no choice but to terminate my card and dispute the charges to my account.

Overall, my experience with ResumeHelp was extremely disappointing. I would caution anyone against using their services and putting their card details into their website. It's not worth the risk of being scammed and having to deal with the hassle of canceling and disputing charges.

ResumeHelp ResumeHelp Review: A Helpful Tool for Job Seekers, But Watch Out for Billing Issues

I gotta say, I used this resume builder from ResumeHelp and it worked out pretty well for me. I mean, I could have done it myself, but let's be real, who has the time for that? Plus, this thing gave me some really helpful tips that I didn't even know about. And the best part? I actually got the job I was looking for!

Now, I will say that I did have a bit of an issue with the billing. I could have sworn I canceled my account before the 14 day trial was up, but apparently I didn't. So, I woke up this morning to find that I had been charged for the service. Not cool. But, I hopped back on the website and used their livechat to talk to support. It took a little while, and the guy I was talking to at first was kind of blaming me for the whole thing, but eventually I got a refund and even got a good deal on a service that I told them I didn't need anymore.

Now, I know some people might be thinking, "Why pay for a resume builder when you can do it for free?" And, hey, I get it. I write resumes for my friends and family all the time, and there are definitely free resources out there if you're willing to search for them. But, if you're in a hurry and need to get your resume in the hands of employers ASAP, this service is definitely worth considering. And, like I said, the tips and tricks it gives you are actually really helpful.

All that being said, I'm not sure I would keep paying the full price for this thing. Who needs to update their resume every month, anyway? But, if you're in a pinch and need to get your resume looking sharp, ResumeHelp is definitely worth checking out.

ResumeHelp ResumeHelp Review: Unfair Policy and Lack of Innovation

ResumeHelp is a website that claims to help you create a professional-looking resume with ease. However, my experience with this website was far from satisfactory. While it is true that the website is easy to use and allows you to create a resume quickly, there are some serious flaws in their business strategy.

First of all, if you need to make any changes to your resume, you have to pay them again. This means that if you change jobs, move to a new city, or even change your phone number or email address, you have to pay ResumeHelp again to update your resume. This seems like a very unfair policy, especially since people's lives change all the time. It's not like you can predict when you'll need to make changes to your resume, so why should you have to pay every time?

Another issue I had with ResumeHelp is that there doesn't seem to be much thought put into the website. While it is easy to use, there are no additional features or tools that would make it stand out from other resume-building websites. It's just a basic template that you fill in with your information. This lack of innovation is disappointing, especially since there are so many other websites out there that offer more features and customization options.

Overall, I would not recommend ResumeHelp to anyone looking to create a professional resume. The website's policy of charging customers every time they need to make a change is frustrating and unfair, and the lack of additional features makes it seem like a very basic and uninspired website. There are plenty of other websites out there that offer better value for your money and are more user-friendly.

ResumeHelp Beware of Unauthorized Payments: My Experience with ResumeHelp

I gotta say, I had a pretty rough experience with ResumeHelp. The website itself was a bit confusing to navigate, and I had some trouble figuring out how to email my completed resume to myself. But eventually, I managed to get it all sorted out and was ready to move on with my day.

That's when things took a turn for the worse. I was charged $1.95 to email my resume, which I thought was a pretty good deal. But then, out of nowhere, ResumeHelp took $24.90 out of my checking account without my permission. That's what we call an unauthorized payment, folks, and it's not cool.

I immediately reached out to their customer service team via email to cancel any subscriptions I might have accidentally signed up for, and they assured me that nothing else would be taken from my account. I even have screenshots of the live chat to prove it. But lo and behold, two days later, they took another $24.90 from me.

I was livid, to say the least. I sent them another email asking why they would do this and demanding my money back. I even included the screenshots as evidence. But all I got in response was a generic email saying that my "ticket" had been resolved. Spoiler alert: it hadn't.

So now I'm out $24.90, and I have no idea if they're going to keep taking money from me. It's a real pain in the neck, and I'm seriously considering closing my checking account just to be safe. If anyone from ResumeHelp is reading this, please get in touch with me ASAP. This is not how you treat your customers.

Oh, and by the way, I noticed that you have a disclaimer about false reviews being against the law. Well, let me tell you something: it's also against the law to take unauthorized payments from people's checking accounts. Just something to keep in mind.

ResumeHelp ResumeHelp Customer Service Needs Improvement

I have used ResumeHelp in the past and it was a success. My friend also used my account for her resume and it charged her $19.95 instead of $1.95, which was what it said it was. We didn't make a big fuss since we thought maybe we misread something and let it go. However, today my friend mentioned to me that she was charged again $19.95 for the month of March. Why? I don't know!

I called the ResumeHelp customer service line and spoke to Andres. He easily told me that I would receive a refund back for the full amount, which I appreciate. He also mentioned he would send me an email verifying that information. I did need the email due to it being my friend's card charged and just to have proof. Well, Andres sent me an email with the topic "REFUND" and a survey link instead of my confirmation.

I called back and spoke to Mariana. I just asked her for a very simple thing: SEND ME AN EMAIL THAT HAS A CONFIRMATION ON IT THAT I WILL RECEIVE THE AMOUNT THAT ANDRES STATED & THE ENDING OF THE CARD NUMBER AS WELL TO SHOW MY FRIEND. What did Mariana do? She made that one easy thing into a big one and kept placing me on hold. I asked her 2 times to let me speak to Andres or a supervisor and she didn't do either or.

I became very frustrated but tried being patient, but she simply didn't understand! I don't think it's right that they took the amount they did and that they made something so simple into something so complicated and wasted my time! I would rate it a "0" but I don't have that option.

Overall, I think ResumeHelp is a good service, but their customer service needs improvement. It's frustrating when you have a simple request and it turns into a big ordeal. However, I do appreciate that Andres was able to help me with my refund. I just wish Mariana could have been more helpful and understanding.

ResumeHelp ResumeHelp Review: Poor Service, Hidden Charges, and Pushy Sales Tactics

So, I went on ResumeHelp to get a resume done. I paid $2.00 for it and received it via email. However, it wouldn't download properly, so I had to use it as a template to make another resume and cover letter on my own. It took me about 4 hours to get it done, which was basically me doing all the work. But then, I was charged $24.90 for something I didn't even sign up for! I was so confused and frustrated. I contacted their customer service and was on the phone for an hour and 15 minutes. Finally, after declining all of their other offers, I was refunded the $24.90.

The customer service representative kept trying to sell me other things, even though I repeatedly declined. He kept lowering the price and saying things like "come on, take advantage of this great deal!" It was so annoying and I just wanted him to stop. He even said that if I didn't take the offer, I was being an irresponsible parent. Like, what?! That's just ridiculous.

Overall, I don't recommend ResumeHelp. It was such a headache and the people there were so greedy. I wouldn't want anyone else to go through what I did.

ResumeHelp ResumeHelp Review: Great Customer Service, But Beware of Automatic Charging

ResumeHelp is a website that offers resume building services to job seekers. However, there is one thing that can be a bit tricky about this site. After your 14-day subscription, they automatically charge you without any confirmation email. This can be a bit frustrating, especially if you're busy trying to get a job and forget about the subscription. Suddenly, your $3 payment jumps to $25, which can be a bit of a shock.

It's not exactly a scam, but it's not entirely transparent either. They do mention this automatic charging in the first confirmation email of your subscription, but it's not highlighted enough. It would be better if they sent an email to remind you that your subscription is about to end, so you can decide whether or not to continue.

Despite this issue, the customer service at ResumeHelp is excellent. They are responsive and helpful, and they genuinely seem to care about their customers. I had the pleasure of speaking with Christian, and he was fantastic. He went above and beyond to help me with my resume, and I really appreciate it. Christian, if you're reading this, thank you so much for your help. You're awesome!

Overall, ResumeHelp is a decent website for building your resume. Just be aware of the automatic charging and make sure to cancel your subscription if you don't want to continue. And if you do need help, their customer service is top-notch.

ResumeHelp ResumeHelp Review: Proceed with Caution Due to Subscription Policies and Customer Service

I recently had an experience with ResumeHelp that left me feeling frustrated and disappointed. While the website itself seemed helpful and easy to use, I quickly realized that the company's policies were not as customer-friendly as I had hoped.

First and foremost, I want to warn potential customers to read the terms and agreement carefully before signing up for a subscription. I made the mistake of assuming that the 14 day trial would automatically cancel at the end of the trial period, but this was not the case. Instead, I was charged $19.95 a month for four months before realizing what was happening.

When I contacted ResumeHelp about the charges, I was met with a less-than-helpful attitude. While they did refund me for two months of charges, I had to fight tooth and nail just to get that much. The company's stance seemed to be "sorry, not sorry" - since it was technically my responsibility to cancel the subscription, they didn't feel any obligation to notify me or make the process easier.

While I understand that I should have been more careful about cancelling my subscription, I still feel that ResumeHelp could have done more to help me out. A simple email reminder or notification would have gone a long way towards preventing this situation from happening in the first place.

Overall, I would caution anyone considering ResumeHelp to proceed with caution. While the website itself may be helpful, the company's policies and customer service left a lot to be desired in my experience.

ResumeHelp ResumeHelp Review: Great Resumes, but Beware of Hidden Subscription Fees

I gotta say, I found ResumeHelp to be pretty useful. The resumes they offer are top-notch, and they're perfect for anyone who doesn't have access to Microsoft Word or a computer with a word processor. However, there's one big problem with the site that I think needs to be addressed.

When you pay to download your resume, the site automatically subscribes you to their service for $25 a month. That's a pretty steep price, especially considering that most people only update their resume every once in a while. And to make matters worse, it's really hard to unsubscribe from the service once you're signed up.

I got an email that said I could reply to unsubscribe, but when I tried to do that, I found out that it was a no-reply email. So I ended up getting charged $25 that month, and it took me a long time to finally cancel my subscription. Even now, I'm not sure if I'm fully unsubscribed, because the confirmation emails they sent me were really confusing.

All that being said, if you need a resume and you don't have access to Microsoft Word, ResumeHelp is definitely worth checking out. Just make sure you unsubscribe right away, or you might end up getting charged a lot more than you bargained for.

ResumeHelp Disappointing Experience with ResumeHelp: Poor Customer Service and Hidden Charges

I recently had an experience with ResumeHelp that left me feeling disappointed and frustrated. I had signed up for their services, but was not informed about the monthly charges that would occur. I was surprised to see a charge on my account and immediately reached out to the company to try and resolve the issue.

Unfortunately, the customer service I received was not helpful at all. The person I spoke with, Andres, was typing very slowly and made several spelling and punctuation errors. This was concerning to me, as this is a company that is supposed to help with resumes and ensure they are error-free before sending them off to potential employers.

When I brought up my concerns about the quality of the customer service and the errors in communication, Andres seemed dismissive and tried to end the conversation before I had finished expressing my concerns. This left me feeling frustrated and disappointed in the company as a whole.

Overall, I would not recommend ResumeHelp to anyone looking for resume assistance. The lack of transparency about charges and poor customer service make it seem like a scam. It's important to do your research and find a company that values their customers and provides quality services.

ResumeHelp Beware of ResumeHelp: Misleading Free Service and Unauthorized Charges

So, I came across ResumeHelp when I was looking for a way to create a professional resume for myself. At first, I was really excited because they advertised that their service was free. However, after I created my resume, I was prompted to pay for it. I was a bit disappointed because I didn't expect to have to pay for something that I had already created myself.

Reluctantly, I entered my credit card details and paid the $1.95 AUD fee for a 14-day trial. I was hoping that this would be the end of it, but unfortunately, it wasn't. I was charged for over 5 months after that initial payment, even though I had never used their service again. I was really upset when I found out and immediately contacted their customer service through their live chat.

The representative I spoke to assured me that there were no subscriptions under my account and that I had nothing to worry about. However, this turned out to be a complete lie. When I called them to inquire about the charges, they told me that I had signed up for a subscription and never cancelled it. I was shocked because I had never even logged in to their website after that first time.

Overall, my experience with ResumeHelp was really disappointing. I wouldn't recommend their service to anyone because they will keep charging you for months without your consent. It's really frustrating because you may not even notice until it's too late. So, if you're looking for a way to create a professional resume, I suggest you look elsewhere.

ResumeHelp Frustrating Experience with ResumeHelp Customer Service: A Review

I recently had an experience with ResumeHelp that left me feeling frustrated and confused. Although I had never used their site before, I noticed a charge on my credit card from them. When I called their customer service line, the representative I spoke with was not very helpful. In fact, he seemed more interested in proving that I was wrong than in helping me resolve the issue.

The first thing the representative did was read out a long list of names and ask if I recognized any of them. He also asked me to spell my name multiple times, even though I had already given it to him. When I asked for his name, he ignored me and repeated himself, saying that I needed to listen to him. This made me feel like he was not taking me seriously and was more interested in proving that I was wrong than in helping me.

After I repeated my request for his name several times, he finally told me that his name was Ar. He then asked me to send a picture of my credit card bill to their email address as proof that I had been charged. He also suggested that I might be forgetting that I had used their services or that I had spelled my name wrong. This made me feel like he was accusing me of being dishonest, which was very frustrating.

Overall, I was not impressed with my experience with ResumeHelp. I think they should have a black list for companies like this so that they can't continue to advertise their services or steal from people in the future. I pay good money for my internet use, and I expect to be treated with respect and honesty when I have an issue with a company. Unfortunately, that was not my experience with ResumeHelp.

ResumeHelp ResumeHelp Review: Scammers, Liars, and Cheats - Worst Customer Service Experience

I recently tried using ResumeHelp to build my resume and I have to say, I was disappointed with my experience. At first, I was excited to see that they advertised themselves as a "FREE RESUME BUILDER". However, as I was finishing up my resume, I noticed that I would have to pay $2 to turn it into a document. I thought that was fair enough, until I was hit with a charge of $25 two weeks later! I was never informed that my "free trial" was ending and that I would be charged for a subscription. As someone who is currently job hunting, that is a lot of money to be charged without warning.

To make matters worse, when I tried to contact customer service, I was met with a rude representative named "ROGER". He was not helpful at all and was actually quite unpleasant to deal with. It was the worst customer service experience I have ever had. I think it's shameful that a company would treat their customers this way.

Overall, I would not recommend using ResumeHelp. They are scammers, liars, and cheats. I would have gladly paid more if they were upfront and honest about their pricing and subscription model. It's disappointing to see a company take advantage of people who are just trying to find work. I give them one star, but honestly, that's one star too many.

ResumeHelp Disappointing Experience with ResumeHelp: Hidden Pricing, Confusing Navigation, and Unwanted Charges

I recently used ResumeHelp to create my resume, but I was not impressed with the experience. Firstly, I was not able to see the pricing until I tried to download or review/edit my resume. This was frustrating as I wanted to know the cost upfront before committing to anything. Additionally, I accidentally entered the site through Indeed and it was not clear that I was using ResumeHelp.

When I called the help number, it took me a long time to find one. When I finally spoke to an agent, they argued with me that I wasn't speaking to Indeed. I didn't think I was, but the agent was insistent. This was a frustrating experience and made me feel like I was not being heard.

To make matters worse, when I asked to have my 14-day user account cancelled, the agent signed me up for another $3 offer without my consent. I was not happy about this and when I called to follow up, the new agent told me that the first agent had "put in the notes" that she gave me other offers and I "chose" the one that was charged today. This was not true and I felt like I was being taken advantage of.

Overall, my experience with ResumeHelp was not a good one. I will be reporting this to my credit card company and to the state attorney general's office on a fraud complaint form. I would not recommend this service to anyone.

ResumeHelp ResumeHelp Review: Free Templates Turned Out to Be a Costly Disappointment

So, I was looking for a website to help me build my resume and I stumbled upon ResumeHelp. They claim to offer free templates, which sounded great to me. I spent some time building my resume, only to find out that I had to pay to download or print it out. I was a bit disappointed, but I decided to give it a try anyway.

After the 14-day trial period, I was automatically subscribed to their service and charged $40. I didn't realize this until I checked my bank account. I was a bit upset because I didn't use the service beyond the trial period. I emailed them and asked for a refund, but they refused because I didn't cancel in time. I didn't even know I had to cancel, and there was no option to cancel through their site. I had to contact them by phone or email.

I tried to call during their business hours, but the recording said they were closed. I was frustrated because I couldn't talk to a human being. Even their emails didn't give a name behind the customer service. It felt like I was talking to a robot.

To make matters worse, my resume turned out to be mediocre at best. I was hoping for something better, but I guess you get what you pay for. I strongly advise against using this website. It's not worth the hassle and the money.

ResumeHelp Disappointing Customer Service Experience with ResumeHelp: A Review

I recently had an experience with ResumeHelp that left me feeling frustrated and disappointed. I needed to cancel my subscription and after finally getting through to their customer service, the representative was able to take care of that for me without any issues. However, I was hoping to get some assistance with accessing my resume account as I was out of town for a business meeting and had forgotten about the subscription renewal date. I asked the representative, Hector, if he could help me out or offer some sort of credit since I had only used the service for one day and never used it again.

Unfortunately, Hector seemed eager to end the call and kept thanking me for calling and wishing me a nice day. I persisted in asking for help or to speak to a manager, but he continued to ignore my requests. Eventually, he agreed to transfer me to a manager but put me on hold for 15 minutes before hanging up on me. Needless to say, I was extremely frustrated and disappointed with the lack of customer service I received.

While I appreciate that cancelling my subscription was a smooth process, the lack of assistance and poor communication from Hector left a bad taste in my mouth. I would not recommend ResumeHelp to anyone looking for reliable and helpful customer service.

My experience was so bad that I even decided to write a review about this nasty company. I decided to use ResumeHelp service because they had really nice prices. But that moment I had no idea about their hidden auto subscription! Paid for the resume and everything was fine until I noticed a charge on my credit card. I wasted over a months asking them to cancel my subscription and they finally gave up and refunded me. But the whole story was a disaster. At first they refused and said no over and over again. They refused until I've starter to threaten them with my bank and police. Horrible company, beware!
