Incompetence operating customer service.
All problems started when I had to up date my phone number. This company Afterpay was excellent at first, I was using afterpay to the full. But now afterpay refusing to lift restrictions on my account even after I emailed my problems back and forth supplying all relevant information needed to make me go away. I instead afterpay employees a stupid dumb robot for customer service. How idiotic can you get. Extremely frustrating and annoying such a buarsted of company that employees such tactics. When you do speak to someone they themselves can't understand English. All I won't is for afterpay to at least have a decent customer service. And a God dam phone number. I am so mad and disappointed with afterpay all the good that afterpay has provided for me is all undon.
I'm prepared to cancel me credit card so afterpay can not charge me for any outstanding payments until this problem is resolved,buy unblocking my account.
Desired outcome: Unblock my account reinstate my operations of my card.

I bought a pair of sneakers trough afterpay. Set up 2 accounts by mistake! Have contacted afterpay several times & I recieved an email that I am emailing too many times! They won't help me! All I want to do is resolve this issus and pay for my purchase! You can't talk to a human being,, I am not a Millennial and am not computer savy! Please help me,,

Account frozen during transaction after resetting password
While attempting a transaction on 10/22/2023 at 11:30 pm my account was frozen. The customer service phone number doesn’t work. I attempted to chat with a representative and reroute to a supposedly secure site to chat with a computer tech that wanted my credit card information. They wanted to charge me to figure out the issue. Furthermore they wanted to automatically enroll me in their site for recurring monthly fee of $46.00. Please help me resolve this issue .

Airline Ticket from Expedia
I purchased an airline ticket from Expedia thru my Afterpay app for $19.45 (4 payments) on July 16,23. When the payment was captured I don’t see anything to receive ticket iteneriary or anything. Afterpay said they couldn’t do anything until I paid all payments and Expedia claim that they see the ticket number but none of the information matched my name, card number or email. Just crazy. No one will call or anything

Purchased a item from Joseph Electronics for $323.98, merchant went under or was a scam since they never sent item and never responded to my inquiries. Contacted Afterpay multiple times and they refused to help, first acting like it was normal for the merchant to not respond to me or them and kept giving me their disconnected phone number to call. Ended up telling me not their problem and ignore and close ANY dispute with them. Want a refund.

On April 2 and 16 After Pay sends a notification that I had a payment due. When I looked up the information, I had never order anything From a Company called Actuator Home Goods. But they took out again on May 2 and 16. So I wrote After Pay stated I never order anything from this company. They stated that my name and address was on the invoice so that made me responsible. Or some family member used my card. And I could return the item for a refund. But I still have not received any product. But they still continue to take a payment. And there is nothing I can do.
