Sar inbar is a lowlife israeli scam artist. He obviously has some people in the city he pays off that give him the contracts to throw events because everyone knows he is a money launderer for israeli people. He never ever ever ever pays any of his vendors on time ever and those that do get paid are lucky! Prospect park ask around and ask the vendors about him he is hated by everyone because he treats everyone like crap and never pays them. I had 4 checks bounce from him and also 100 excuses. He is a real scam i recommend if you are a vendor in new york area i know the work sounds good but stay away from sar inbar

He doesn't pay any of his suppliers. For an event coordinator I would expect him to honorable with his suppliers, but he is always the last to make payments. At the Porspect Park skating event he did, no one got paid until months later. Why anyone would work with him is beyond me.
The accounts payable located on upsilon ventures balance sheet must look foggy. This lowlife Sar Inbar presents himself as a respectable businessman but he is nothing less than a cheap salesman. He NEVER pays his vendors NEVER. He has the worst reputation amongst contractors because he hires everyone and NEVER pays. He never pays bills on time that is a FACT check with anyone!
Sar Inbar is a crook. loan scam artist a complete crook! his company upsilon ventures is just a front to exort loans from banks and other businesses they dont pay any supplier or vendor because the real business is taking loans and never paying back SAR INBAR SCAM ARTIST!
