Smart Asset Realty review: Illegally charging a bill with out properly being notified

I’m completely dissatisfied with Smart Asset. They have been unprofessional, unreliable, and extremely difficult to communicate with. The maintenance aspect has been a nightmare; they send someone out to do the job, and it doesn’t get done correctly.

To make matters worse, after I submitted my notice that I was leaving, they tried to stick me with a maintenance bill that I was not notified that I was going to be charged for and have refused to have a manager call me back to discuss this issue.
