2 empty coin boxes arrived this morning, 22nd December, but no coins! consignment ref [protected], should contain silver panda coins. sender ID [protected]. I cannot get to them on 'contact us' without giving my card details to another firm, which would not be sensible after one scam suspected. Cannot make progress to them... No invoice or order paper...

Items delivered in a flimsy bag. 5 items broken and writing smudged. Requested a full refund, only received partial. I offered to return items, they say its too much hassle. Over 100 messages sent. So hard to get Ebay involved in requesting money back. They insist on me returning items, but you need to print return label. What if you haven't got a printer...
