Rising Jet Ventures & Coldwell Banker Real Estate, Brittany Howard review: Property 2

I tried to buy a piece of land from Brittany Howard. We received a contract from her, she falsified the documents. I didn’t sign the contract whatsoever. She never checked with me for an I.D. to ensure who I am. She put in the contract that she’s the buyer of the land but also seller. The contract was also valid for 3 days to receive money, but the contract expires 5 days. The title company received the deposit after the contract expired and there was supposed a new contract after those 5 days. I called and emailed the title company to send me her contract. But nobody ever answered me. Brittany Howard responded with the documents are ready and signed and they were just waiting for funds for the documents I didn’t even sign. After all Brittany Howard took the deposit to herself from the title company. If you need any evidence I will provide it to you.
